You may return any unused items purchased from roden.com.ua within 14 days of original delivery for a 100% refund (minus shipping charges). For orders within Ukraine, we do not charge any warehousing charges, however international orders are subject to an additional 15% deduction. Please be sure to carefully read the instructions below on how to return/exchange an item. We will replace or exchange defective or broken items under guarantee free of charge within the 14 day time limit and subject to unused condition of the items returned.
Due to certain obligations and legal regulations, any used items (i.e. used hookahs, hoses, or any other accessory) cannot be returned.
How to return or exchange an item:
- Describe the nature of the damage or defect
- Take high-quality informative photographs reflecting a defect or damage
- Send photos and description with date and place of purchase to rodenhookah@gmail.com (e-mail title: RETURN)
You will receive an email within 24-48 hours with detailed return instructions. Please contact us by email or phone if you do not receive an email response within 1-2 days.
Refunds are made to the same card used for payment and only after we receive your item.
